Who We Are

We are a European non-profit association (ASBL) dedicated to promoting safety, security, and the protection of fundamental rights throughout Europe. Our organization aims to support cooperation, coordination, and knowledge-sharing among law enforcement institutions, public authorities, experts, and partner organizations across the continent, while operating in full compliance with European Union law and the national legislation of the Member States.

Role and Mandate

Our role is exclusively strategic and supportive in nature. We hold no investigative, executive, or enforcement powers, and we do not replace or act on behalf of national police or judicial authorities. We operate as an independent platform facilitating collaboration, research, training, and policy development in the field of security and crime prevention. Through this approach, we contribute to strengthening institutional capacity, improving cross-border understanding, and enabling more effective responses to shared security challenges.

Human Rights and Law

We focus on a wide range of security-related areas, including but not limited to organized and transnational crime, cybercrime and digital threats, terrorism and violent extremism, border management, public safety, crisis response, and the protection of critical infrastructure. By analyzing trends, supporting best practices, and encouraging coordinated strategies, we aim to help stakeholders anticipate risks and respond proactively to evolving threats.

Innovation and Vision

Innovation and adaptability guide our forward-looking approach. We actively monitor emerging risks, technological developments, and societal changes to ensure our work remains relevant and effective. At the same time, we remain firmly anchored in our core values, balancing progress with responsibility and foresight with caution.

Our long-term objective is to contribute to a Europe in which citizens feel safe, informed, and protected, and where institutions work together in a spirit of trust and solidarity. By strengthening cooperation, promoting ethical standards, and supporting evidence-based approaches to security, we seek to play a meaningful role in safeguarding justice, stability, and freedom, today and for future generations.

European Cooperation, Training and Development

At the heart of our mission lies cooperation. Contemporary security challenges do not stop at national borders, and effective responses require collective effort. By bringing together institutions, professionals, researchers, and civil society actors, we promote dialogue, mutual understanding, and long-term partnerships. Through knowledge-sharing, joint initiatives, and coordinated action, we contribute to a more coherent and united European security environment.

We also place strong emphasis on education, training, and professional development. By supporting learning initiatives, workshops, and expert exchanges, we aim to strengthen skills, raise awareness, and encourage innovation within the security sector. Continuous learning is essential in a rapidly changing world, particularly as technology, globalization, and new forms of crime reshape the security landscape.
