Dear Sir/Madam,

It is my great pleasure to announce that on April 14, 2026, in my capacity as Director of the
Institute for Development of Security – European Police Agency – Brussels (ASBL),
I have made the decision to appoint a National Delegate for the Republic of Croatia.

By this decision, the following individual is appointed as National Delegate for the Republic of Croatia:

Prof. Dr. Goran Čogelja, Lead Consultant at an energy institute in the Republic of Croatia and former representative for energy security at the Energy Community Secretariat.

This appointment forms part of the organization’s strategic activities aimed at expanding its international presence, strengthening institutional cooperation, and developing professional networks in the field of security at the European level.

I am confident that, through his experience, professionalism, and international engagement, the appointed delegate will contribute to the successful implementation of the organization’s objectives and activities in the Republic of Croatia.
